2. Laws and Standards We Follow
We handle personal information in line with good privacy practice and, where applicable, the Privacy Act 1988, the Australian Privacy Principles, the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 NSW, the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 NSW, the Companion Animals Act 1998 NSW and other relevant animal welfare, charity, fundraising and record keeping obligations.
